Set up your shop
Create your QistLock account and configure your shop details. Add your staff if needed.
Add customers and devices
Record customer information and link financed devices using IMEI or serial number.
Create installment plans
Define qist plans with duration and payment amounts. Assign plans when recording sales.
Record sales
Connect the customer, device and financing plan in a single sale entry.
Record payments as they come
When a customer pays, mark the installment as paid. The system updates outstanding amounts automatically.
Monitor due and overdue accounts
Use the dashboard and recovery queue to see which payments are due, which are late, and which need follow-up.
Manage device control when needed
When recovery requires device action, use the authorised restriction and restoration workflows.
